You will lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experience, supervise operations, and engage with the local community.
This is a part‐time fixed‐term role for a 6‐month season (Nov–Apr).
You will drive safety, performance and financial outcomes, reporting to senior leadership while collaborating with the local Council.
Previous pool/Leisure management and solid engagement skills are essential.
