About the Role
As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll play an significant role in coordinating and delivering marketing campaigns across residential property and land development projects.
Working closely with the sales and property management teams, you'll help bring campaigns to life, generate leads, strengthen our brand presence and ensure our marketing activity aligns with business and sales objectives.
Your responsibilities may include:
Developing and managing paid social and digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms
Creating and coordinating property photography, video content, social media content and promotional assets
Conducting property market and competitor research to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategy
Managing content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and websites
Coordinating email marketing, CRM campaigns and lead nurturing activities
Monitoring and managing online reviews, encouraging client feedback and maintaining a positive brand reputation across relevant platforms
Monitoring campaign performance, enquiries and lead generation




Working closely with the sales and property management teams to align marketing activity with sales activity, property performance, customer enquiries and business objectives
Supporting the marketing of development projects, including project launches, campaign coordination, digital advertising and ongoing promotional activity
Maintaining consistent brand messaging and presentation across all marketing channels
You'll be supported by an established team, strong brand presence and a collaborative environment where you can continue to develop your marketing skills and make a real impact.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a creative, organised and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
Ideally, you'll have:
Strong communication, organisational and project management skills
Experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media or a related role
A creative eye and strong attention to detail
Experience managing social media and digital advertising campaigns
Confidence coordinating multiple campaign and deadlines
An understanding of Meta, Google, CRM and Adobe Creative Suite
A genuine interest in property, development and the local market
Understanding of AI processors, including their key functions and capabilities
A proactive, team-focused mindset and strong work ethic
The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the marketing, sales and property management teams
