Job Description
Valmar Support Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead quality, compliance and people across Canberra and south east NSW.
You will partner with operational leaders to strengthen excellence, safety and governance, with regular travel to Valmar locations.
Reporting to the CEO, you will drive strategic leadership as well as hands-on operational delivery, shaping policies and ensuring compliant, person-centred services for clients in aged care and disability support.
