Solve Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the community and disability nursing team on a casual basis, delivering in-home nursing to participants with disabilities.
You will work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include wound care, catheter changes, subcutaneous injections, continence assessments, and documenting care.
