Job Description
TOPERFORMANCE is seeking a hands-on Customer Service & Product Specialist in Springvale, Victoria, Australia.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers, offering product advice, processing orders and supporting day-to-day operations across the business.
You'll respond to inquiries by phone and email, provide product recommendations, manage orders, and help with warranty issues and stock movements in a small, high-performing team.
