Mountain Ridge Wines are seeking a Chef or Cook to help consistently deliver exceptional culinary experiences for our customers.
n
Work closely with our team to ensure consistency and quality, assist with stock rotation and inventory management and maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
n
We are seeking casuals to work shifts on Fridays, Saturday and Sundays.
Key responsibilities n
Assist in delivering exceptional culinary experiences that exceed guest expectations
n
Assist with the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality
n
Work closely with senior chefs to ensure consistency, quality and efficient service delivery
n
Assist with stock rotation, inventory management and minimising wastage
n
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
n
Ensure compliance with all food safety and workplace health standards
n
Contribute positively to a collaborative and professional kitchen culture

Essential criteria required to be considered n
A recognised Chef trade qualification or relevant experience.

Previous experience in a quality restaurant environment.

A passion for food, hospitality and culinary excellence.
n
Sound understanding of food safety, hygiene and kitchen operations.
n
The ability to perform in a fast-paced service environment.
n
Excellent communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
n
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
n
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
