About the Role n
We're looking for a warm, motivated and detail-oriented
Retail Consultant
to join our team. In this customer-facing role, you'll deliver exceptional service, cultivate meaningful client relationships, and contribute to the elevated experience that sets LOUISE JEAN apart.

Your Key Responsibilities n
n
Provide exceptional customer service that drives sales and builds loyalty
n
Recommend pieces confidently based on customers' needs, preferences and milestones
n
Handle all Point-of-Sale transactions, including payments, packaging, invoicing and capturing client data
n
Maintain immaculate store presentation and uphold visual merchandising standards
n
Assist in receiving and managing stock deliveries
n
Contribute to a secure, clean and welcoming store environment
n
Support opening and closing procedures
n




Uphold high standards of product knowledge, presentation and professionalism
n
Demonstrate discretion and care when handling high-value pieces
n
Embrace and embody the LOUISE JEAN brand ethos at all times
n
About You n
You'll thrive in this role if you bring:

Previous experience in retail, fine jewellery or luxury sales (highly regarded)
n
A confident, customer-first attitude with a genuine passion for luxury and design
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Self-motivation and the ability to work well both independently and in a team
n
Confidence in handling high-value transactions
n
A polished, professional appearance and manner
n
Availability to work weekends and public holidays
n
Strong computer literacy and a willingness to learn new systems (POS, CRM)
n
An interest in jewellery, design or gemmology (formal qualifications are a plus, but not essential)
