Every day is different. You'll build meaningful relationships with clients, support them with everyday activities and, most importantly, help them continue doing the things that matter to them.
n
A minimum of 3 days availability across weekdays is preferred.
What you'll do: n
As a Home Care Worker, you'll provide practical and personal support that helps our clients maintain their independence and enjoy life at home.
n
Your day may include:
n
n
Supporting clients with personal care, including hygiene, dressing and grooming.
n
Helping with shopping, transport, respite and other activities of daily living.
n
Assisting clients with domestic tasks to keep their homes safe and comfortable.
n
Supporting clients to stay socially connected and engaged with their community.
n
Assisting with medication within the scope of your role and competency.
n
Following individual care plans and daily schedules to ensure clients receive the right support.
n
Building genuine, respectful relationships with clients and making a positive difference in their day.
n
Completing accurate documentation and records as required.
n
Mandatory requirements: n
n
Current National Police Certificate OR NDIS Clearance
n




Current Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle
n
Current First Aid and CPR Certification
n
Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Services or equivalentn
n
Completion of Module HLTHPS006 - Assist clients with medication (or commitment to obtain)
n
Completion of Module HLTAAP001 - Recognise healthy body systems (or commitment to obtain)
n
