Manage customer bookings, enquiries, and vehicle check-ins
n
n
Liaise with workshop technicians and update customers throughout the day
n
n
Provide clear service recommendations and repair quotes
n
n
Ensure top-notch customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships
n
n
Work to meet department KPIs and customer service standards
n
n
n
nWhat We're Looking For: n
n

n
Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (preferred but not essential)
n
n
Solid customer service and sales skills
n
n
Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
n
n




Excellent communication and organisation
n
n
A friendly, professional manner with a team-first attitude
n
n
Valid QLD driver's licence
n
n
n
n
This role has been designed as an entry point into our Service Department, providing hands-on experience across customer service, service operations and dealership systems. Through ongoing mentoring, structured training and real-world experience, you'll gain the skills and confidence required to progress your career.
