The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join our busy finance department. Reporting to the Finance Supervisor, you’ll help ensure our suppliers are paid, while keeping our systems running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Process invoices, POs and work orders
Match supplier charges to client entries
Reconcile statements & follow up on outstanding items
Liaise with internal teams & suppliers
Assist with cashflow forecasting, month-end and EFT runs (training provided)
Admin support for workshop functions
What You Bring
AP or finance experience (preferred)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team
Experience with Xero or similar (bonus)
