We're looking for a capable, confident and hands-on FOH Manager to take charge of the day-to-day at our flagship bakery in Wallington.

You'll Be Responsible For n

Leading the front-of-house team with clarity, care and confidence
n
Managing daily shop operations - opening, stock, flow, and presentation
n




Ordering and managing stock; liaising with local suppliers
n
Training and rostering staff, maintaining team culture
n
Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
n
Creating a welcoming, positive customer experience, every time
n
About The Candidate n
n
Prior FOH leadership or management experience
n
Food safety knowledge and high standards of cleanliness
n
Ability to work weekends and peak periods
n
Reliable transport to Wallington
n
Barista experience
n
Work Environment n
n
$*****-$*****/hour + penalties (35 hours/week, part-time permanent)
