About The Role
n A current and exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and self-driven individual to join our People & Culture Team as the Talent Acquisition Officer located at our Central Office in Burswood. As Talent Acquisition Officer you will be responsible for providing high-level end to end recruitment to our facilities across a variety of roles.
Key Responsibilities

n
Establish a strong candidate experience providing exceptional end to end management of the recruitment process from sourcing through to onboarding for all vacancies within Aegis.
n
Conduct phone screenings, interviews, compliance documentation and employment contracts.
n
Develop and maintain efficient Talent Pools of relevant candidates.
n
Provide professional consultancy services to our Facility Managers and key stakeholders.
n
Manage recruiting activity by actively tracking and monitoring key performance indicators of talent acquisition to ensure utilising strategic and creative sourcing channels.




n
Define and align hiring strategy with business requirements and provide continuous process improvement.
n
Develop creative job advertisement and implement new recruitment streams and platforms.
