About the role n
Based at Vantage Caboolture Riverfront, you will support the Community Manager in creating a welcoming, well-run community where Home Owners feel they belong.
n
This is a varied, people-focused role involving administration, resident support, billing, contractor coordination, community engagement and operational compliance.
In this role you will be responsible for: n
n
Provide day-to-day administration support and maintain accurate community documentation, Home Owner records and information systems.
n
Support Home Owner billing for utilities and site rent, monitor arrears and provide input into operating budgets.
n
Build positive relationships with Home Owners, manage feedback and queries, support onboarding, and assist with lifestyle activities, events and community communications.
n
Support Home Owner Committee and Social Committee meetings, customer discovery tours, community events and the resale of pre-loved homes.
n
Engage and coordinate contractors and service providers, ensuring required insurances, certifications, safety systems and service standards are in place.
n
Support WHS&E;, emergency, fire and safety procedures, incident and hazard management, risk assessments and operational compliance.
n
Work collaboratively with the Operations Manager, National WHSE Manager, Sales team and broader Vantage team.
n
Contribute ideas that support continuous improvement, best practice and the growth of the Vantage brand.
n
Skills and experience n
Previous experience in administration or customer service, preferably in Land Lease Communities, Retirement Living, Hotel Management, Property Management,



Holiday Parks, Community Services or a similar setting, will be highly regarded.
In addition, you will have: n
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
n
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
n
Intermediate MS Office skills;
n
A friendly, approachable and solutions-focused manner; and
n
The ability to work collaboratively with residents, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
n
n
A current valid Class C driver's licence is essential.

Vantage Caboolture Riverfront is an established land lease community. Residents own their homes and lease the land, while Vantage manages the shared facilities and communal areas.
