About the role:

As a
Service Advisor
, you are the key connection between customers and the workshop, making sure every vehicle is looked after and every client leaves feeling confident in the care their car received.
n
Your day-to-day will include:
n
n
Greeting customers and managing vehicle bookings, giving you genuine variety across each shift
n
Preparing and presenting repair orders accurately, building trust with customers through clear communication
n
Liaising with technicians to keep jobs on track and customers updated throughout the process
n
Following up on vehicle progress and ensuring timely delivery, so customers walk away satisfied every time
n
Identifying additional service needs and presenting them honestly, contributing directly to workshop performance
n
Handling customer queries and resolving concerns with confidence and care
n
n
About you:
n
You are someone who enjoys working with people as much as you enjoy the automotive environment, combining product knowledge with genuine customer focus.

More about you:

n
Experience in a dealership service advisor or similar customer-facing automotive role
n
Strong communication skills that make technical information easy for customers to understand
n
A reliable, organised approach to managing multiple bookings and priorities
n




Comfort using dealer management systems or the ability to pick up new software confidently
n
A current driver's licence
n
A commitment to the kind of customer experience that brings people back time and again
