to manage our charming 55-room motel located in Goulburn, Yass, NSW!

Key Responsibilities: n
Manage reception with a warm and a welcoming attitude
n
Oversee housekeeping schedules and invoicing
n
Handle on-call duties outside of regular business hours.
n
Assist and supervise housekeeping staff
n
Manage property maintenance
n
Ensure safety compliance
n
Provide excellent customer service, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain positive relationships with guests,



staff, suppliers, and employers.
n
Follow company procedures.
n
Utilize computer and MS Office skills
n
Stay motivated to exceed sales targets and work within the budget.
n
Prior motel or business management experience required
n
Strong leadership and attention to detail required
n
Ability to address maintenance issues, staffing shortages, and renovations as they arise.
n
Current police check needed
n
Must relocate to Goulburn, NSW
n
Must have work authorization in Australia.
n
