Hearing Australia is hiring a Client Service Specialist in a casual capacity to support clients across locations in Victoria. The role includes greeting clients, handling counter and telephone enquiries, booking appointments, processing claims, data entry and monthly reports.
You will liaise with clients of diverse backgrounds, perform minor hearing aid repairs, and assist clinicians by identifying client needs and demonstrating device use. Training is provided to onboard you into the role.
