Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist
Location: Robina, Gold Coast QLD
n
n We are seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to drive growth across two growing e-commerce brands. This role focuses on performance marketing, creative production, conversion optimisation and AI-powered marketing systems, working closely with the Founder.
n Responsibilities
n
n
Manage and optimise Meta advertising campaigns, including creative testing, analysis and reporting.
n
Develop marketing strategies, creative concepts and paid social content.
n
Build and improve landing pages, product pages and customer journeys.
n
Plan A/B tests and implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
n
Coordinate website updates and performance improvements.
n
Edit and repurpose video and other creative assets.
n
Develop AI tools, automations and efficient marketing workflows.
n
Support Google Ads and TikTok Ads as required.
n
Qualificationsn
n
n




3–4 years' experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.
n
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
n
Experience with AI tools, automations and marketing workflows.
n
Knowledge of landing pages, CRO, A/B testing and performance reporting.
n
Strong communication, commercial awareness and attention to detail.
n
Self-motivated, adaptable and able to work independently.
n
Experience with Shopify, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, video editing or low-code tools is advantageous.
