Mercy Community is seeking Part time and Casual Hotel Services (Catering and Cleaning) Workers to join our friendly and dedicated team. In this role, you'll make a real difference every day by delivering high-quality hospitality and support services that enhance the wellbeing of our residents.

What you'll do
n
As a Support Service Worker, no two days are the same! You'll take pride in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents through:
n
n
Assisting with the preparation, assembly, and delivery of nutritious meals
n
Supporting dietary needs and preferences
n
Preparing beverages and serving meals to HACCP standards
n
Keeping dining areas clean, inviting, and enjoyable
n
Maintaining resident rooms and shared areas to a high standard
n
Conducting full cleans of vacated rooms to welcome new residents
n
Delivering laundry services with care and efficiency
n
n
About you
n
You're a compassionate and reliable team player who takes pride in your work. You bring a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to supporting others.

n
Certificate III in Hospitality (or equivalent) –
desirable
n
Previous experience in a similar role –
desirable
n




Valid police check or willingness to obtain one
n
