Gaming Attendant
with the ambition to grow into leadership.

What you'll be doing
n

n
Deliver attentive, personal service and build relationships with regulars
n
n
Complete gaming transactions, payouts and cash handling accurately
n
n
Monitor the gaming room and respond promptly to customer needs
n
n
Maintain high presentation, compliance and responsible gambling standards
n
n
Support gaming promotions and work closely with the gaming team
n
n
Look for ways to improve the customer experience on every shift
n
n
What we're looking for

n
Solid gaming experience in a pub, hotel or club
n
n
Exceptional customer service and a proactive approach to lifting standards
n
n
A genuine ambition to move into a leadership role
n
n
Strong responsible gambling and compliance knowledge
n
n
Availability across weekdays, nights, weekends and public holidays
n
n
Current NSW RSA and RCG certificates
n
n
Studying business, hospitality or leadership?
