Key responsibilities
Leading, mentoring and developing the kitchen team
Maintaining consistently high food quality, presentation and service standards
Menu planning, development and seasonal updates
Food costing, GP management and portion control
Ordering and stock management
Maintaining food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards
Rostering and managing kitchen labour
Working closely with management to achieve operational and financial targets
Creating a positive, professional and accountable kitchen culture
About you
Previous experience as a Head Chef,



Sous Chef or senior kitchen leader
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
A strong understanding of food costs, labour costs and kitchen budgets
A genuine passion for producing quality food
The ability to remain calm and organised under pressure
A strong understanding of food safety and compliance
A hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the front
The ability to motivate and develop a professional kitchen team
$105,000 + Superannuation
Up to $10,000 in initial bonuses
Percentage-based performance bonuses with no cap
