We're looking for a motivated Spare Parts Advisor who can build solid customer relationships, provide knowledgeable advice and contribute to the continued growth of our Parts and Accessories department.

About the Role:
n
Based at our Heatherbrae dealership, you'll assist customers with caravan parts and accessories while helping maintain and grow our retail Parts and Accessories department.
n
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm and alternate Saturdays from 9:00am to 4:00pm—an 11-day fortnight.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with spare parts and accessory enquiries in person, by phone and via email
n
Provide knowledgeable advice and recommend suitable products
n
Process retail sales, payments and daily reconciliations
n
Maintain accurate pricing, product displays and shelving
n




Keep the retail showroom fresh, organised and well presented
n
Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve the customer experience
n
Assist customers purchasing accessories during their caravan handover
n
Support stock control and annual stocktakes
n
Maintain accurate records and promptly follow up customer enquiries
n
Follow workplace health and safety requirements
n
What We're Looking For:

At least one year of experience in a similar or customer-facing role
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
A positive, proactive and professional attitude
n
Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail
n
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
n
Confidence using computer and point-of-sale systems
n
Honesty, integrity and a strong work ethic
n
An interest in caravanning, camping or the RV lifestyle
