Job Description
DISSH Byron Bay is opening a current store and you'll lead the vision, culture, and performance of the team, delivering exceptional customer experiences while bringing the DISSH brand to life every day.
This is a ground‐up leadership role.
We're seeking a people‐first leader with commercial acumen, a passion for styling, service and development.
You'll own operations, coaching, stock, VM, KPIs, and collaborate with Area Managers and HQ to drive continuous improvement.
