Job Description
Unitech Solutions seeks a energetic I.T. Service Desk Level 1 & 2 professional to join our growing support team in the Wollongong region.
You will provide direct client support and assist with cloud services and on-site troubleshooting.
Reporting to the Service Manager, the role requires excellent communication and a current Australian driver's license, with at least 2 years in ICT.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and MSP-style environments is preferred.
