Job Description
YUCO Hospitality Pty Ltd in Byron Bay is seeking a Chef de Partie to run your allocated section during service, delivering high standards of preparation, cooking and presentation.
You will organise mise en place, support junior kitchen team members, help with menu development and ensure food safety.
A minimum of 3 years in a Chef de Partie role is preferred; formal qualification is welcome but not essential.
