Australian Underwater Products – Rosebud VIC
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse.
In this role, you will lead and support the warehouse team, coordinate receiving, storage and dispatch activities, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure a safe, organised and efficient working environment.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership and organisational skills, a hands‐on approach, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety and customer service.
Key responsibilities
Picking and packing orders using RF scanners
Maintaining a clean, safe and OHS-compliant warehouse environment
Allocating and managing staff labour
Receiving, inspecting and storing incoming goods using FIFO principles
Coordinating dispatch and freight bookings
Driving operational efficiency through process improvements and best practices
Optimize warehouse space and storage
Leading and supporting a small warehouse team
Foster positive team culture
Managing warehouse consumables ordering
Loading and unloading trucks and containers
Conducting staff toolbox meetings
Address performance issues, provide coaching and support training needs
Conducting staff inductions and training
Liaising closely with customer service and prioritising customer requirements
About you
Hands‐on experience in warehouse or stores operations
A collaborative approach and a can‐do attitude




Strong leadership qualities, with the confidence to guide a small team
Highly developed interpersonal and relationship‐building skills
Robust organisational, communication and problem‐solving skills
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
A professional and flexible approach to the requirements of the role
Computer literacy, particularly with ERP/WMS systems
Current driver's licence
