THE OPPORTUNITY n
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Trade Sales Representative to join our Queensland Trade Sales team, servicing the Brisbane Southside region.
n
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the steel, building products, construction, roofing, or manufacturing industries who thrives on developing customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving sales growth.
n
You'll inherit an established customer portfolio while actively pursuing new business opportunities across your territory, supported by an industry-leading product range and trusted brand.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING n
n
Manage and grow relationships with existing trade customers
n
Develop new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and networking
n
Identify project opportunities and convert them into sales
n
Prepare quotations and tailored customer solutions
n
Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
n




Stay across market trends and identify opportunities for growth
n
Represent the Stratco brand professionally in the market
n
Contribute to a safe and positive work environment
n
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Essential: n
n
Experience in the steel, construction, building products, roofing, manufacturing, or related industries
n
Proven track record in B2B sales and account management
n
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
n
Ability to build long-term customer relationships
n
Self-motivated with a genuine drive to achieve results
n
Current Driver's Licence
n
You'll Stand Out If You Have: n
n
Existing industry networks in the Logan / Ipswich / Brisbane South region
n
Experience working with builders, contractors, fabricators, or trade customers
n
Confidence identifying and securing current business opportunities
