Pathfinders' Out of Home Care Program provides a safe and nurturing setting for young people needing alternative accommodation. We seek an Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) House Manager to lead a small team in Tamworth and deliver therapeutic OOHC services.

The role requires knowledge of issues affecting Aboriginal communities in NSW and the ability to advocate for Aboriginal youths and families. Travel may be required; Level 5, SCHADS Award.
