About the role: n
n
Provide clinical leadership and professional advice on patient safety and quality improvement.
n
Coordinate portfolios related to clinical governance and ensure alignment with organisational priorities.
n
Identify inconsistencies between policy and practice and lead the implementation of clinical innovations.
n
Act as a role model and educational resource for staff, including orientation and capacity building.
n
Participate in clinical audits and research to achieve agreed care outcomes for our consumers.
n
About you: n
n
You are a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
n
You have a proven ability to lead and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
n
You demonstrate high-level communication skills to prepare accurate reports and engage stakeholders.
n
You are proactive in achieving best practice outcomes and identifying opportunities for service improvement.
n
You possess a strong commitment to your own professional development and the support of undergraduate students.

Total remuneration value of up to $139,931 p.a. is comprised of:

An hourly rate between $***** - $***** p.h.
