An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced
Senior Payroll Officer
to join a progressive and growing organisation north of the river.

Working as part of a collaborative payroll team of seven, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of payroll while contributing to a major payroll transformation project, including the implementation of a new software system.

The Opportunity n

Manage end-to-end payroll processing with a focus on accuracy and compliance
n
Work closely with the wider payroll team to support payroll operations
n




Contribute to the implementation of a new payroll system and process improvements
n
Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and compliance activities
n
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and employees
n

About You n
n
Previous experience in a payroll position with end-to-end payroll responsibilities
n
Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Experience working within a team environment
n
A proactive mindset and willingness to contribute to process improvements
