Job Description
Gage Roads Freo is a busy high-volume craft brewery venue on Fremantle waterfront seeking a skilled pizza chef to own the pizza section, hand-stretch dough, manage a wood-fired oven, control stock and orders, and mentor junior staff.

You will lead a small team across kitchen and front-of-house, maintain high food hygiene standards, and contribute to a collaborative, rapid-paced service culture in a venue with strong local and tourist traffic.
