Carpentry Apprentice (1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th Year)
to join our growing team.

We specialise in residential carpentry and work across Sydney on a range of new homes and quality residential projects.

This is a full-time position suited to someone who takes pride in their work, is reliable and wants to develop their skills and become a qualified carpenter.

What you will be doing n
As part of the team, you'll gain hands‐on experience across a broad range of residential carpentry, including:
n

n
Wall and roof framing
n
n
Timber roof construction
n
n
Eaves and external cladding
n
n
Fix-out and general carpentry
n
n
Reading plans and understanding construction details
n
n
Measuring, cutting and installing timber
n
n
Safe use of hand and power tools
n
n
Working from heights and on scaffolding where required
n
n
General site duties
n
n




Working alongside experienced carpenters and developing your skills on site
n
n
The role will provide exposure to different stages of residential construction rather than being limited to one repetitive task.

Is reliable, punctual and turns up ready to work

Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
n
n
Is willing to listen, learn and take direction
n
n
Takes pride in the quality of your work

n
Can work well as part of a team
n
n
Is comfortable working in a physical, hands‐on environment
n
n
Holds a current White Card
n
n
Has a driver's licence and reliable transport
n
n
Is looking to commence or is currently completing a Carpentry Apprenticeship
n
n
1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Year Apprentices are all encouraged to apply.
