Premier Motor Service is seeking friendly and enthusiastic reservation clerks to join our team based at South Nowra.
n
Our office operates between 6am - 7pm Monday to Friday and 6am - 6pm on Weekends. The positions will be on a rotating roster across these hours and will be approximately ****** hours per week, with additional hours available as required.
n
Duties include:
n
Answering incoming calls for our Express service including bookings, enquiries, and feedback
n
Data entry in our booking system
n
Responding to email enquiries
n
Liaising with passengers regarding any service delays or changes
n
Answering Nowra Coaches calls and providing accurate information regarding local route and school services
n
Banking preparation
n
General office duties as directed by management
n
Friendly and customer focused attitude
n
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
n
Sound computer and telephone skills
n
Ability to provide accurate information in an efficient and timely manner
n
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
n
Self-motivated and able to work autonomously and as part of a team
n
Available to work varied days and hours as required
n
Previous admin and customer service experience
n
Knowledge of the local area and East Coast between Eden and Cairns
n
Experience in dealing with difficult customers
n
