Hervey Bay Boat Club
offers our members and guests an exciting venue with various food and beverage outlets, events and entertainment, as well as marine and gaming experiences, in a one-of-a-kind venue overlooking the Great Sandy Straits and K'gari.
About the role n
The Boat Club is seeking passionate Chefs, Cooks and Apprentices to join our vibrant and hardworking kitchen team.
What you'll be doing n
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes from our diverse menu, ensuring the highest quality and presentation standards
n
Work across our Bistro, Coffee Shop and Functions department
n
Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen environment
What we're looking for n
A range of skills and experience,



from first year apprentices to qualified experienced Chefs
n
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
n
Passion for using fresh, seasonal produce and creating delicious meals
n
A flexible and adaptable approach to working hours
