Job Description
Goodwin is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Home Care team in Batemans Bay. You will provide clinical care and advice across a diverse range of client needs, including medication management, wound care, gerontology, and palliative care, to help older people remain secure and independent at home.

You will contribute to assessments, care planning and case reviews, working with Home Care Co-ordinators, and supporting transitions from hospital to home with discharge
