We're looking for compassionate and reliable
Residential Support Workers
to help people with disability live more independently and enjoy a fulfilling life at home and in their community.
n

We're looking for staff with availability to work weekends, afternoons, public holidays and sleepover shifts!
What you'll do n
As a Residential Support Worker, you will:
n
n
Support residents with daily living activities such as personal care, food preparation, medication support, and mealtime routines.
n
Encourage independence and skill-building through person-centred support and teaching moments (big and small).
n
Create opportunities for residents to connect with their community, explore interests, and engage in meaningful activities.
n
Work alongside team leaders and colleagues to implement Person-Centred Plans (PCPs).
n
Maintain accurate documentation and records to support safe, quality and empowering care.
n
Complete admin tasks such as compliance reporting,



client paperwork and incident documentation while following genU policies and WHS standards.
n

You'll also need: n

Certificate III or IV in Disability or related qualification
n
Current Victorian Driver Licence
n
First Aid & CPR
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
NDIS Worker Orientation Module ("Quality, Safety & You")
n
Working with Children Check (Employee)
n
