Job Description
A large-format coastal pub and hotel on the Bellarine Peninsula needs a hands-on Venue Manager. Reporting to the Managing Director, you own how the venue feels and performs every day: guest experience, labour, COGS and standards.

Run operations across bar, bistro, functions and TAB
n
Drive guest satisfaction
n
Own labour and COGS against weekly targets
n
Set and hold FOH and BOH standards
n
Build and lead the team: roster, coach, hire
n
Drive our events trade
n
Keep the venue compliant, secure and well presented
n
Flag issues early. Bring options, not surprises
n
About you n
n
Proven venue, hotel or large pub management experience
n
A strong grip on labour and COGS. You can read a week and act on it
n
Calm floor presence and high standards
n
Current RSA
n
Full-time role
n
