Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Identify and attract suitable candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
n
Prepare, write, and publish job advertisements across job boards and social media platforms.
n
Conduct high-volume screening, interviews, reference checks, and coordinate interview confirmations with clients.
n
Build and maintain candidate pools through ongoing market research and engagement.
n
Review candidate qualifications and experience to ensure alignment with role and client requirements.
n
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database.
n




Provide timely updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and candidate status.
n
Deliver high-quality candidate care, ensuring a smooth, professional and timely experience throughout the recruitment process.
n
Meet or exceed KPIs for call activity & candidate engagement.
n
n
To be successful in this role, you will need:
n
n
Experience in Recruitment and/ or HR in the Mining/ Civil industry desirable.
n
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
n
Strong organisational and time management skills.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
n
A proactive mindset. You anticipate issues before they arise and take initiative to solve them.
n
Work within tight timeframes and adapt to shifting priorities to meet project and client expectations.
n
Willingness to learn and understand Mining and Maintenance industries.
n
Actively engage and collaborate with your teammates to foster a fun and positive culture.
