As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition & Culture Partner to help us attract, hire, develop and retain exceptional people.
n
The initial focus of this role will be recruitment and talent acquisition, with approximately *****% of time dedicated to helping us find and hire exceptional people. As the business grows, the role has the opportunity to expand into broader People & Culture responsibilities.
n
This role will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to build a stronger recruitment engine, strengthen our culture, improve people systems, and help ensure we have the right people in the right seats as the business scales.

Your Role
n
n
Lead end-to-end recruitment across sales, management, leadership and support roles
n
Source, screen, interview and assess candidates using leading recruitment platforms, sourcing tools and hiring technologies.
n
Build talent pipelines and support future workforce planning
n
Improve hiring processes, scorecards, systems and recruitment standards
n
Partner with leaders on people-related matters including performance, accountability and difficult conversations
n




Help strengthen and evolve company culture, values and team standards
n
Support onboarding, employee engagement and people development initiatives
n
Work closely with the CEO and leadership team on organisational planning, hiring strategy and future capability needs
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Proven experience recruiting high-performing salespeople, managers and leadership positions
n
Strong interviewing skills with the ability to identify top talent quickly
n
Experience working within retail, premium retail, hospitality or customer-facing businesses
n
Highly confident using recruitment technology including ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter and hiring tools
n
Strong judgement, emotional intelligence and commercial awareness
n
Comfortable having difficult conversations and addressing people issues professionally
n
Organised, proactive and highly accountable
n
Able to build trust with both leadership and frontline team members
n
Passionate about building high-performance cultures and great teams
n
n
Ideal Experience
n
n
Retail, luxury retail, hospitality or multi-site business experience
n
Experience building recruitment systems and hiring processes
n
Exposure to HR, People & Culture or employee relations
n
Experience supporting growing businesses through periods of change and expansion
