Who we're looking for? n
We are seeking Employment Lawyers to join our team and undertake a variety of secondment opportunities across government and private practice settings. The ideal candidate will have experience in Employment & Industrial Relations law, workplace investigations, Fair Work matters, and employment-related litigation.
n
Both opportunities are conveniently located close to public transport, with easy access to train and light rail services.
About You: n
A current NSW practising certificate.
n
Experience advising on employment, industrial relations, workplace investigations, discrimination, WHS, or related workplace matters.
n
Strong drafting skills, with the ability to prepare clear, concise and practical legal advice,



correspondence and employment-related documentation.
n
Strong knowledge of Fair Work and enterprise agreements
n
Skilled in managing complex stakeholder and employee relations matters
