The Opportunity n
We are seeking a seasoned property lawyer with 5+ years' post-admission experience to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with senior practitioners on high-value property matters including acquisitions, leasing, development projects, and planning approvals. This is a chance to build your own portfolio, deepen your expertise, and contribute to strategic outcomes for a diverse client base.
What we're looking for n
n
Minimum 5 years PAE in property or commercial law, with strong knowledge of Queensland property legislation
n
Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and development documents
n
A proactive,
solutions-focused approach to client service and legal problem-solving
n
Robust commercial acumen and ability to manage risk across varied property transactions
n
Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing roles
n
Leadership potential and a collaborative mindset, with interest in mentoring junior lawyers and paralegals
n
High-level organisational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
n
Qualifications n
n
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
n
Admission to practice law in Australia
n
A minimum of 5 years PAE in property law
