Wolf of the Willows are a family-run independent brewery with a vibrant taproom in Melbourne's suburb of Mordialloc. They're looking for a new venue manager to join them.

The Role
n You'll run the day-to-day of the venue — 4 days on the floor leading service, plus 1 day for planning and admin.

What you'll do
n

Lead, train, and inspire your team (and build solid rosters)
n
Oversee daily service from open to close
n
Keep costs in check (wages, stock, etc.)
n
Build strong relationships with locals and regulars
n




Manage bookings and events (up to 150 guests)
n
Run functions, parties, and special events
n
Help promote the venue and keep the buzz alive
n
Work with marketing on local campaigns
n
