The Role n
As Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing approximately 20 residential builds through various stages of construction through to completion.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Coordinating and managing trades and subcontractors across multiple builds
n
Monitoring construction programmes and keeping projects on schedule
n
Conducting regular site and quality inspections
n
Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and site presentation
n




Ensuring trades are completing works efficiently and to the required standard
n
Identifying and resolving construction issues as they arise
n
Working closely with the Construction Manager and wider construction team
n
Ensuring compliance with HSE and company requirements
n
Taking direction from senior management and continually developing your supervisory skills
n
About You n
This opportunity would suit someone in the earlier stages of their Site Supervision career who has a strong construction background and is keen to continue learning.
n
To be successful, you will have:
n
n
Qualified carpentry background, essential
n
Junior - intermediate level - 0-3 years' experience in residential Site Supervision
n
Experience working within residential construction
n
QBCC Site Supervisor Licence highly regarded, but not essential
n
Solid understanding of residential construction methodology
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
Ability to effectively coordinate trades and subcontractors
n
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple builds
n
Willingness to learn, take instruction, and develop under experienced management
n
Positive attitude and desire to build a long-term career within the business
n
n
Above all, we're looking for someone who communicates well, understands construction from their time on the tools, and is prepared to learn and develop as the business grows.
