We have an opening for M&A; Brand Integration Manager for a start-up consumer goods company that is based in Berlin. The company is looking for an Integration Consultant to lead cross-functional brand integrations post-acquisition.
Job Requirements n
n
Experienced Integration Consultant, especially from a fast‐paced start‐up or other rapid‐paced settings.
n
Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders while also holding team members accountable.
n
Ability to go through facts, form conclusions, and offer advice.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a high degree of organisation and meticulous attention to detail.
n
Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise work in a fast‐paced,



frequently confusing workplace where fire drills occur almost regularly.
n
Self‐starter with strong analytical skills who can handle many projects and solve difficult problems without a lot of supervision.
n
Positive attitude, dependability, transparency, and enjoyment of working with a variety of individuals.
n
Excellent Excel skills.
n
Working knowledge of project‐management software (Trello, Monday, Asana, Microsoft Projects).
n
Bachelor's degree is required.
