Job Description
ALH Hotels is seeking a Senior Manager Food Safety to lead strategic governance and operational oversight of food safety across a national portfolio of 350+ kitchens. Based in major AU cities, you will translate regulations into practical kitchen practices and drive a culture of safety.

You will design the FSMS, standardise compliance, and partner with Procurement and Learning & Development to roll out scalable training and audits across venues.
