Permanent, full-time Monday to Friday position based at our Jandakot Workshop, WA

What you'll be doing n
n
Lead Asset & Maintenance operations across WA, covering fleet, mobile plant and fixed plant assets
n
Manage the full asset lifecycle, including utilisation, procurement, delivery, optimisation and disposal
n
Provide technical advice to operational managers and key stakeholders on asset performance and maintenance
n
Provide leadership and technical direction to the maintenance team
n
Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance,



workshop assurance and contractor coordination across WA sites
n
Analyse maintenance trends, asset utilisation and costs to drive performance, safety and asset optimisation
n
What you'll bring n
n
Trade qualification and strong background as a Diesel Mechanic, Plant Mechanic or similar
n
Experience in asset and maintenance management across fleet, plant or heavy equipment
n
Robust technical and problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on approach
n
Proven leadership experience with strong team and contractor management skills
n
Understanding of asset lifecycle, maintenance costs, P&L; and procurement
n
Strong safety focus with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
