You will deliver first and second level support for ERP, EDI, B2B, and cloud-based applications, acting as a liaison between business users, IT and vendors to ensure reliable operation of business systems.
Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years IT support experience, solid problem-solving skills and proficiency with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, SharePoint Online and Teams.
