Job Description
The Connect Group in the Toowoomba region is seeking a full time Community Liaison to coordinate seasonal workers from the Pacific Islands, assist with onboarding, and support welfare needs across sites.
The role requires flexibility for after-hours contact and travel to farm sites within the region.
You will liaise with workers, accommodation providers, and medical services to ensure safety, well-being, and compliance with Australian standards.
Some home-office duties may be performed remotely.
