Job Description
Southern NSW Local Health District is seeking a Social Worker Level 1/2 to deliver high-quality social work services within the Bulli Hospital Day Rehabilitation Program.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patients, families and carers and ensure aligned care plans and outcomes.
The role is temporary part time (22 hours per week) with vaccination and WWCC requirements, and is based at Bulli District Hospital.
