What We're Looking For
Proven experience supporting clients with dementia(essential)
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support(Ageing/Disability)
NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, First Aid & CPR
Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Full working rights
Up-to-date vaccinations (COVID, Flu, Chicken Pox, hepatitis B, Whooping Cough and Measles)
Your Responsibilities
Providingcompassionate, person-centred care
Personal care: showering, grooming, mobility support
Supporting routines in a calm, structured workplace
Meal preparation and light household tasks
Transport to appointments and community activities
Accurate documentation and clear communication
Make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients living with dementia.
