Job Description
Pick, pack and dispatch online, wholesale and retail orders accurately and on time
n
Print and prioritise pick lists, with Click & Collect and express orders first and all others in order received
n
Replenish shelves and report low stock levels to the team
n
Maintain a safe, clean and organised warehouse, keeping floors and aisles explicit
n
Answer phone calls from our Sunshine and Hoppers Crossing retail stores
n
Receive, move and dispatch stock by forklift (if licensed)
n
Complete end-of-day close, including securing equipment, charging scanners and switching off lighting and climate control
n
Approve shipping cost adjustments on online orders within set limits, escalating where required
